Swinton hires agency for web push

swinton hires agency for web pushSwinton Insurance has appointed a new digital agency to help drive through the next phase of its online transformation programme, and increase conversion rates.
Having invested in a new web platform and site design, the insurance group has hired Code Computerlove – following a competitive pitch – to devise performance optimisation techniques to drive prospects to its website.
Visitors will be encouraged to get an online quote, call the customer services team or to visit one of Swinton’s 350 branches nationwide.
The company currently serves over 2 million customers, handles over 4 million policies and employs over 4,000 staff.
Established in 1999, Code has an 80-strong team with offices in Manchester and London; its other clients include HMV, Woodland Trust, Greenpeace, BBC, Oxfam and Chester Zoo.
Swinton senior digital manager Adam Moran said: “Code demonstrated its proven track record in helping businesses to effectively use digital to drive revenue using its well-honed user experience and performance optimisation techniques.
“With our headquarters based in Manchester it was advantageous for us to have an agency partner with a national standing, and experience of working with large national brands, but just around the corner.
“We have also tasked Code with helping to redesign and amalgamate our sub-brand websites into the new platform we’re now operating with and support on our digital transformation journey.”
