Brittany Ferries hands data strategy brief to Anaylin

brittany ferriesBrittany Ferries has appointed Anaylin to build a customer and analytical database and communications platform to increase engagement with customers and prospects.
The consultancy – launched by Nigel Grimes, Jonathan Plowden Roberts and Neal Rimay-Muranyi in 2014 – was appointed after a pitch and has been briefed to develop the travel firm’s digitally-led and insight driven customer strategy.
Anaylin has migrated the customer database from another supplier and built an integrated database “engine” and broadcasting capability using Apteco and Pure360.
In addition, Anaylin has assisted Brittany Ferries in developing a more customer focused direct communications strategy to tap into customer information from all its customer–facing channels.
The French-owned company operates a fleet of ferries and cruise-ferries between France and England, Ireland, and Spain, and between England and Spain.
