Harbour, the independent consultancy collective set up by adman Paul Hammersley to take on the might of the large agency groups, has signed up CRM agency Flourish to join the 12-strong group.
Agencies in the collective, which also includes Outra, Hope & Glory, Goodstuff and Digital Natives, work together on multiple shared clients to combine skillsets across data and insight, media, content creation, engagement, experience, and delivery.
Headquartered in Bristol and with teams in London and Dubai, Flourish was founded in 2004. With a heritage in direct marketing, the CRM specialist agency has helped brands including Samsung, Twitch, Coca-Cola, Nissan and Crisis to revolutionise their approach to customer communications.
