WatchShop hands digital marketing brief to Twentysix

watch shopPremium online retailer WatchShop has appointed digital agency Twentysix to develop and execute a multichannel strategy that delivers further growth, following a competitive pitch against three other agencies.

Established in 2007, WatchShop stocks fashion, classic and premium brands and has briefed Twentysix to lead its organic search, paid search and paid social activity. The budget is a seven-figure sum.

The MSQ-owned agency’s collaborative and cross-functional teams will work across search, programmatic and affiliate marketing, as well as GA4 and social listening tools to drive performance for the brand.

Twentysix’s client roster also includes Fortnum & Mason, Wilko, CEF, GHD and Dior.

The win follows the triple appointment of Maria Thorpe, Sebastian Dziubek and Abby White have been recruited as head of data science, head of SEO and head of PR and communications respectively.

Bringing a combined 24 years of experience with them, Thorpe, who joins from the Department of Education, will be leading the data science team, leveraging the latest machine learning and AI methods.

Dziubek joins from agency McCann, where he worked with Office Shoes, Wynsors and RICS. He will be overseeing the development of SEO strategies for Twentysix clients such as Anglian Windows and GHD.

White joins from agency Finn where she worked across the Asda, Maryland, Jammie Dodgers, Marigold, Vileda, Cushelle, Plenty and TENA.
