Herts town is porn capital of UK

Ware in Herfordshire has gained the dubious honour of being crowned the porn capital of Britain, according to a data analysis carried out by website Pornhub which shows the residents of the small town spend more time on the site than anyone else in Britain.
Pornhub Insights is an annual research and analysis programme which probes billions of hits on the world’s biggest adult website to explore the intricates of online porn viewership.
Ware, which has a population of just 18,000, comes out on top in the UK, with residents remaining on the site 10 minutes 37 seconds and clicking on 7.6 pages. In the whole of the UK, Pornhub was visited more than 111 million times, with London accounting for 23.5 million of those.
Overall, the data reveals that people in the UK tend to watch more videos – for longer – than most people around the world, staying on the site for an average of 9 minutes and 42 seconds. Although this is almost a minute longer than the world average of 8 minutes 56 seconds) it is trumped only by Americans, who last 10 minutes and 51 seconds.
When it comes to the most popular day of the week for watching porn, Monday comes out on top – a trend consistent worldwide from the UK, the US, Germany and France to Brazil and Mexico.
Perhaps unsurprisingly Christmas Day sees the biggest drop in traffic for the site, although porn lovers soon make up for it, with January being the biggest month for porn search worldwide.
