Ryanair turns to St Ives firm for marketing platform

Ryanair hunts data and CRM shopRyanair has implemented a new marketing platform as part of the airline’s wider digital transformation and customer engagement programme that places data-driven marketing at its heart.
The Adobe Campaign scheme has been provided by St Ives Group-owned Bench, which offers advice and brings together a team of connected specialists.
The firm provides expertise in the implementation, installation and adoption of marketing and information management technology, including Adobe, IBM and SAS among others.
Bench provided in-depth consultancy on the data structures needed, as well as defining the technology stack on which the solution is built.
Ryanair’s head of CRM and insights Tim Wise said: “From our earliest contact with Bench, we could see they knew digital marketing inside out. The level and quality of their response, and willingness to explore areas of the implementation ignored by some other suppliers, convinced us they had the insight and adaptability to work with us.
“The marketing implementation team has proven that it can deliver everything it set out to – despite our project’s very challenging timeframe. With marketing systems firmly in place, its proactive thinking has already added considerable value to the initial objectives we wanted to achieve.”
Bench managing partner Daniel Telling added: “When implemented and integrated correctly, marketing and data technology has the potential to drive digital transformation, enable business intelligence, allow organisations to become truly data led and ultimately transform customer experience for the better.”
