Simply Outbound, the company led by former Phruit chief Greg Life, has merged with Canadian outsourcing firm Fusion BPO Services Group to become the company’s UK operation.
Fusion runs a global contact centre operation across the US, Canada, the Philippines and India. It offers telemarketing and lead generation services, along with web marketing and development.
Headquartered in London, Simply Outbound opened its doors on January 2 2012, and now has more than 300 calling agents. The deal is designed to further increase the marketing foothold of Fusion in the UK, with a wide client-base spanning multiple verticals.
Fusion director Kishore Saraogi said: “Integrating Simply Outbound’s capabilities with Fusion’s outsourcing ability in a number of verticals provides a great opportunity for both companies to become more efficient and deliver better quality of services to their customers.”
