Client wins trigger key hirings at Draw Connect

NIck ElsomDraw Connect, the agency set up by former Underwired chief Nick Elsom as part of the expansion of Draw Group, has completed a new recruitment drive following a spate of wins, including Tesco F&F clothing, Stonegate Pub Group and McArthurGlen.
The CRM specialist launched in May 2014 and provides customer insight, as well as contact and campaign strategy; its founding clients included Asics and ACCA.
Tim Williams takes the role of planning director, having worked across major brands in both consumer and B2B markets including M&S, United Airlines, Orange, Three, BA, B&Q, O2 and Axa.
Ben Salmon has been appointed data analyst, having held global roles with leading marketing technology companies, including Unica, Chordiant, SmartFocus, and Pitney Bowes Software.
Meanwhile Hannah Ketley, a recent graduate from Kent University joins as account executive to work closely with account director David Stead to implement and deliver the project work.
Elsom (pictured) joined the agency in May 2014 as managing director; he previously worked at Triangle, Meteorite and set up his own agency, Flamethrower.

Draw Group was set up by Fred Brown in 2003 as digital agency Last Exit. It rebranded in 2014 and restructured around distinct vertical sectors including fashion, beauty & lifestyle, professional & financial services, and media & entertainment. Its clients include Jimmy Choo, Nabarro, Carphone Warehouse, What Car? and Blackberry.
