EHS 4D scoops Pets at Home CRM

petThe UK’s largest chain of pet stores Pets at Home has hired its first dedicated CRM agency, by appointing EHS 4D as part of plans to build stronger links with its customer base.
The account, which will be run out of the agency’s Cirencester office, will see the business develop a rewards scheme as well as ongoing communications and a strategy for future growth.
EHS 4D will work with the company’s ad agency Krow.
The group, which has more than 300 stores, was acquired in 2010 by the private equity company Kohlberg Kravis Roberts for £955m.
It offers a range of petfood and petcare products, and recently launched its own insurance service for cats, dogs and rabbits.
Pets at Home also has a presence on Facebook – with nearly 19,000 followers – as well as running a TV channel via its website.
Newly-installed chief executive Nick Wood has been charged with opening a further 100 stores and is also considering international expansion.
Pets at Home marketing director Scott Jefferson said: “EHS 4D demonstrated a real passion for our brand and they were the perfect fit. They have a great track record of engaging people.”
