Goodman joins Lida top team

Lida has continued to strengthen its management team by promoting former Kitcatt Nohr suit Jonathan Goodman to the role of managing partner.
The move follows last month’s appointment of Victoria Fox from Adam & Eve as the agency’s new managing director.
Goodman previously headed up the Ikea business, and oversaw its loyalty programme, Ikea Family. He will now expand his remit to lead Ikea and Virgin Holidays – which Lida scooped late last year – across the M&C Saatchi Group.
Reporting to chairman and chief strategy officer Matthew Heath, he becomes the third managing partner at Lida, along with Zoe Senior and Nathan Gainford.
Goodman joined the agency in June 2010 after five years at Kitcatt Nohr Digitas, where he was account director on clients including NSPCC and the Department of Health. Prior to that he was at Harrison Troughton Wunderman.
Heath said: “The amount and range of recent appointments reflects the depth of our accelerated growth. Jono has proved his immense worth during his two years at the agency and his promotion is well deserved.
“He’s played a large part in the recent success of Lida. Not only does he show a huge amount of flair and ambition, he also has a genuine passion for the agency.”
