Haygarth has strengthened its board of directors by appointing four senior team members to support the company’s ambitious growth plans.
Head of digital and direct Benoit Cacheux, group creative director Steve Rogers, head of promotion & trade Steven Gray and head of planning Anthony Donaldson, will all now sit on the 12-strong board, which also includes non-execs Jon Fricker and Alan McWalter.
Cacheux started at the agency in September and is responsible for its full-service digital and direct offering. He joined from Omnicom’s UK Organic Inc office after spells at Publicis Modem, AKQA and Grey Interactive.
Rogers joined Haygarth in 2005 and manages the creative direction, output and integrity of the agency. He previously worked at ZGC and Triangle Communications.
Meanwhile, Gray has been at the agency since 2001, and currently heads up the Vodafone UK account which Haygarth won earlier this year. Donaldson joined in 2004 from Darcy and has been instrumental in the growing success of clients including Rachel’s, Heinz Infant and Majestic Wine.
Haygarth chief executive Sophie Daranyi (pictured) commented: “We are restlessly ambitious for the continued success of Haygarth and its clients, and so the consolidation of our senior team is fundamental for on-going growth. Benoit, Steve, Steven and Anthony all lead by example and will bring fresh perspective and input into our future plans.”
In June, the agency has boosted its CRM and data offering by hiring former Proximity managing partner Liz Whitson as client services director and ex-Crayon data planner Sally Schumacher as head of data.
