Holidaybreak plots eCRM strategy

Holidaybreak, the company behind the Eurocamp and Keycamp holiday brands, has appointed eCRM specialist Underwired Amaze to develop the brands’ online customer management strategies.
The agency has been briefed to create a fully integrated eCRM strategy to drive further engagement with key audience segments.
As well as introducing Eurocamp and Keycamp holidays to new audiences, Underwired has been tasked to help increase out of season bookings and overcome perception challenges within the category.
Eurocamp offers camping and self-catering breaks at a over 150 campsites throughout Europe, meanwhile Keycamp has a range of accommodation, from four-bedroomed “supertents” to upmarket three-bedroomed mobile homes, chalets, lodges and even tree houses.
Keycamp head of brand Dave McKenna said: “We look forward to developing more individual, relevant and optimised contact strategies, leading to better conversion and cross-selling opportunities.”
Underwired Amaze co-founder Felix Velarde added: “Having the opportunity to work with two of the market’s leaders, is a great opportunity for us.”
