Kingfisher Group has recruited Yeomans Print Management sales director James Wilmshurst to the new role of group business development director.
The group, which comprises print management firm Halcyon, integrated agency Domain London, video production business Red Engine, and third sector fulfilment specialist Concilio Direct, is headed by chief executive and chairman Andrew Saunders.
Wilmshurst, a former Grenadier Guardsman, has been appointed to help drive a group-wide growth strategy. He has specialised in the not-for-profit sector for a number of years; while at Yeomans, his clients included Habitat for Humanity, Crosslinks, Latin Link, Feed the Minds, and St Clares Hospice.
The group works predominantly in the charity sector, with Domain’s clients including the Stroke Association, WaterAid, National Trust and Alzheimer’s Research Trust. Wilmshurst’s appointment is part of a wider strategy to expand further into the commercial and fundraising sector.
Wilmshurst says: “I look forward to working with Kingfisher’s clients – both existing and new – to ensure we get the best results. We believe the group offers a unique range of services under one roof.”
