Last summer, sister Havas agency Arnold merged with Euro RSCG KLP in London to form Arnold KLP, as part of a move to build a stronger global presence for the Arnold Worldwide network.

Mcdonald said: “I’m a multi-diciplined art director. It’s was a ‘hands on’ job at KLP so I know my way around engagement ideas, activation ideas, big ideas, small ideas, promotional ideas. I’m an art director who can write a little. I know what 360 means. I’m comfortable with customer journeys. I know my on trades from my off and that packaging is the new POS (sometimes).”
Arnold KLP chief executive Phil Bourne said: “Rob’s a superstar. Boundless imagination, exceptional art director across multiple channels, inspirational leader of creative talent and probably the most productive creative I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.”
