Partners woos CMW new biz chief

Partners Andrews Aldridge chief executive Martin Nieri has lured his former new business chief at CMW – Paul Vallois – to the Engine Group-owned agency as managing partner.
Working alongside existing managing partner Mark Davison, Vallois will work with existing clients as well as on new business and marketing.
He started his career in 1998 at intermediary RSW, before joining Baber Smith a year later in a new business role. He stayed there for more than 6 years and then took up the same position at MBA.
Vallois was recruited by Nieri in 2006, and has been at CMW ever since.
Nieri quit to join Partners last year, replacing co-founder Phil Andrews who initially took up a group role but has since quit the business.
He said: “Paul’s experience and capability will enable us to continue growing and enter new and diverse markets and sectors.”
Vallois said: “Partners has been one of the category-defining agencies of the past decade and has the ambition, talent and vision to redefine the category once again.”
