Pulse Group in double appointment

Pulse Group has expanded its client services team with the appointment of Julia Geis-Clements as account director and Laura Weightman as senior account manager.
Bringing with her 13 years’ experience in pan-European and global integrated marketing campaigns and projects across DM, CRM, design, branding, publishing and events, Geis-Clements joins Pulse Group from Billington Cartmell, where she was account director.
She has managed accounts across a range of sectors including FMCG, automotive, retail, telecoms and energy, with clients including Shell, Procter & Gamble, Rolls-Royce, Palm, Jaguar, Royal Mail and B&Q.
Weightman moves from Teamspirit, where she was senior project manager. Managing Aviva, she played an integral role in the ‘Healthy Cheer’ consumer campaign, a social media promotion to raise brand awareness. Additionally she worked across numerous B2B and B2C integrated campaigns in retail, telecoms and financial services, with clients including HSBC, Kingston Communications, Avelo and Bank of Cyprus.
Pulse Group chief executive Mike Spicer said: “Julia and Laura’s combined experience with big name brands in both B2B and B2C will be an invaluable asset to their immediate teams and to the entire company. They have experience in the many sectors that Pulse Group is expanding into, and the work they’ve done on various innovative campaigns will bring added vigour to our work.”
