Wand lands recruitment brief

Creative industry recruitment agency Source has appointed Wand Agency to handle its multichannel marketing brief following a four way pitch.
With the objectives of building awareness of Source and its offering among potential clients and candidates, the work will include advertising, direct mail, email, event sponsorship and the support of various industry affiliations which Source is involved with.
Source founding director Jonathan Lindon said: “We were impressed by Wand’s creative views on our business. As creative industry recruitment specialists, we wanted to work with an agency who understood how important it is for us to differentiate ourselves creatively and who would be able to deliver against that brief – we’re looking forward to developing some great work with Wand.”
Wand Agency managing director Ian Winton (pictured) added: “Source presents an interesting challenge. It is undoubtedly offering a fresh, new approach in the sector and has the potential to dominate through its comprehensive use of all channels to its markets – it’s our job to creatively bring that positioning to life and to make it work effortlessly across those channels – be they traditional, digital or through the social platforms.”
Wand will also be developing tactical work to support Source’s involvement with organisations such as Glug, the creative, drinks and networking events, together with awards sponsorships.
Wand Agency’s other clients include Bensons for Beds, Macdonald Hotels, JP Morgan, Schroder’s, Queen, Peugeot and Swan Housing Group.
