Foxy hails the only awards to treasure large insertions

foxy 414And so, dear Foxy fans, this week we are mostly talking about the only awards show in town that is entirely data-driven, using views and searches to determine the winners based on popularity, with a showcase of over nineteen voting categories and also an exciting new one to boot.

I must confess that I have actually been concentrating far too much on my move into high fashion, with “the Decision Marketing Idol Gossip Designer Collection in association with Shenzhen Qian Shezhang Apparel Co Ltd, offering top-notch product quality; custom design capabilities; accessibility with low MOQs; and competitive pricing” that the Pornhub Awards had completely slipped my mind.

But, in a perfect fit for our mantra of “you read it here eventually”, apparently the exclusive celebration unfolded amidst the iconic backdrop of Whisky A Go-Go in Los Angeles, recalling the vibrant nightlife of the 1990s Sunset Strip.

Hosted by MTV Headbangers’ Ball personality Riki Rachtman, and Julia Fox as a special guest presenter for the “Most Popular Female Performer” award, it says here that the evening exuded an atmosphere of nostalgia and extravagance as top performers from the adult entertainment industry gathered to celebrate.

Obviously, I feel cheated that I couldn’t attend the Campaign UK Agency of the Year Awards 2023, where Leo Burnett, Mother and MG OMD cleaned up, but over at the “Hubs” as they are affectionately known, musical headliner Rick Ross ignited the crowd with his performance, to an audience that included celebrity guests Diplo, Ty Dolla $ign, Brooke Candy and Drag Race alums Gia Gunn and Kerri Colby.

Even gritty electro-dance duo TRASHWORLD kept the energy pulsating throughout the evening, while Pornhub brand ambassadors Aria Nathaniel, Asa Akira, Kira Noir, Natassia Dreams, Queenie Sateen, and Brazzers models Cherie Deville, Ryan Reid, Kayley Gunner, Kazumi, and Dan Dangler added to the excitement in custom looks conceptualised by celebrity stylist Briana Andalore and fashion brand SEKS.

During what is claimed to have been “a poignant moment”, Pornhub head of community and brand Alexzandra Kekesi even paid tribute to Cecilia Gentili, a renowned advocate for sex workers’ rights, by presenting her with a Lifetime Achievement Award. Sadly she’d already snuffed it in February.

Still, ever generous, Pornhub made a charitable donation to her namesake programme at the Callen-Lorde Community Health Center, Cecilia’s Occupational Inclusion Network(COIN), in Gentili’s name. This contribution coincided with Pornhub’s second annual donation to SWOP Behind Bars, an organisation dedicated to supporting incarcerated sex workers. Is there no end to their kindness?

Another significant announcement was the unveiling of acclaimed adult actor and producer Ricky Johnson as Pornhub’s inaugural male brand ambassador. Johnson will represent Pornhub at various industry events, participate in future campaigns, and help engage the Pornhub audience to further enhance brand awareness.

Naturally, the awards themselves make for interesting reading, and while there was not a single mention of Best Use of Direct Mail, there were certainly plenty of prizes being handed out for large insertions, with Most Popular Female Performer going to Angela White, Most Popular Male Performer handed to Alex Adams, Most Popular Female Newcomer being Elly Clutch, Most Popular Male Newcomer dished out to Rhyheim Shabazz, Most Popular Trans Fem Performer picked up by Emma Rose and Most Popular Trans Masc Performer to Stevie Trixx.

Winners in the fan voting categories included Favorite Social Media Personality Violet Myers; Favorite Milf Cherie Deville; Favourite Newcomer Dan Dangler; Hottest Ass Abella Danger; and our own personal favourite, Best Dick for Dredd.

But don’t just take our word for it, you can view all the winners here, and I am sure you will believe me when I say it is far more entertaining than this lot…
