Personal injury law specialists First4lawyers has appointed MEC Manchester to handle its DRTV media planning and buying account, kicking off with a £6m campaign.
The new push, featuring former GMTV presenter Andrew Castle, aims to drive calls to First4lawyers. It features the strapline: “When sorry isn’t enough…”
According to the company blurb, “we’re not just out to get compensation – though it can help ease the pain of a fall at work or a road accident – we want justice too, and the fully qualified, specialist no win no fee solicitors we put you in contact with will do their best to get both for you”.
Commenting on the appointment, a First4lawyers spokesman said: “Throughout the pitch process, we were impressed by MEC’s rigorous approach to media planning. Added to this was the agency’s expertise in understanding our market, and they were the stand out agency for us. They are the perfect fit for ourselves and we are looking forward to working together.”
MEC Manchester managing director Mick Style added: “We have a wealth of understanding and experience when it comes to customer acquisition and feel we can help First4lawyers achieve even greater success.”
