Workplace provider Regus has switched its global direct marketing account to Havas Helia, only 14 months after saying OgilvyOne had a “pivotal role to play in helping us realise our ambitions”.
OgilvyOne was served notice last month, although funnily enough now claims it only ever had a 12 month contract.
Havas Helia will now take over the job OgilvyOne could not complete by creating a global customer engagement strategy and communications plan for Regus to support its ongoing global expansion plan.
Activity will target customers from all sectors, including corporate, SMEs and sole traders and promote the company’s flexible working facilities.
The appointment follows a competitive pitch run by Agency Insight.
Havas Helia group chief executive Tash Whitmey said: “[This win] marks a great opportunity to partner with a brand which is incredibly ambitious, and which understands the fundamental role data and creativity can play in building mutually valuable customer relationships.”
