Any hope Kitcatt Nohr may have had of calling in a few favours from their former boss Marc Nohr at workplace provider Regus have been dashed after the company hired OgilvyOne to handle its worldwide DM account.
Nohr joined the company in January after he quit the agency he co-founded over a decade ago.
His role was taken on by fellow co-founder Vonnie Alexander, whose first decision was to drop the Digitas name from Kitcatt Nohr.
But the workplace provider has briefed OgilvyOne to devise a direct marketing strategy and for Regus, which is looking to expand its flexible-working offering.
Activity will target customers from all sectors, including corporate, SMEs and sole traders.
Under the new Regus role, Nohr oversees all agency relationships – its ad account is currently held by JWT – and has taken responsibility for its global membership programme.
Rick Vlemmiks, the chief marketing officer at Regus, said: “The world of work is changing and Regus is leading the way in helping businesses of all sizes use flexible working to improve productivity and be more successful.
“Demand for our services is strong, especially from large corporates, and we are growing rapidly to satisfy it. OgilvyOne has a pivotal role to play in helping us realise our ambitions.”
