Purple Square CX opens dedicated office in the Nordics

Purple Square CX is opening a dedicated Nordic presence to support clients and partners across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Iceland and beyond.

While Purple Square has worked with clients across the Nordics throughout its history – from supporting IBM to working with Swedish retailers, Danish financial services organisations and telcos across multiple locations – this is the first time it has opened an office in the region.

The consultancy already has strong client relationships in the Nordics, and there is increasing demand from its vendor partners to help build practical CRM, CX and martech capability locally.

Purple Square Nordics will focus on helping enterprise B2C organisations make customer engagement work in the real world — by connecting its core capabilities and hands-on delivery.

The Crawley-based company (formerly Purple Square Consulting) was founded in 2011 by Andrew Addison; Timothy Biddiscombe joined in 2012 and has been CEO since 2024. Former Go Inspire managing director Dimitri Kyprianou joined earlier this month as chief revenue officer.

Its UK clients include ING, Domestic & General, The Guardian, Three, IDP Connect, TUI and Milk & More.

Addison (pictured) will personally lead the growth of Nordics division.
