Jasinski steps down at Engine UK

Jasinski steps down at Engine UKEngine UK chief marketing officer Nina Jasinski is stepping down in May after nearly four years in the role to, in her own words, “explore interesting ideas”.
Jasinski joined Engine in September 2011 from EDC, the parent company of Dare and Elvis, where she was group marketing director. The move saw her reunited with Partners Andrews Aldridge co-founders Phil Andrews and Steve Aldridge.
She had started her career at Brann (now Havas Helia), working for Dennis Kerslake, and then had spells Rainey Kelly, Wunderman and Miles Calcraft Briginshaw Duffy before joining Partners in January 2001 when it was a start-up.
Jasinski left the agency just months before it was purchased by Engine to join Leo Burnett, switching to EDC nine months later.
Engine UK chief executive Debbie Klein said: “Nina is a great talent and special kind of CMO and we are sad to see her go. We are proud of what she and her team have achieved for Engine and will announce shortly the person who will continue this upward growth curve. We have been talking to Nina about her desire to do something different for some time now and wish her well.”
Jasinski added: “I’ve had a great time at Engine but feel now is the right time to do something different and am exploring interesting ideas with both companies and individuals.”
News of her departure coincides with the appointment of former Precision Marketing and Campaign journalist Sara Kimberley Goodsell, who has joined Engine’s social media division Jam as a content editor.
