Vodafone UK has strengthened its relationship with SapientNitro by appointing the digital agency to improve its online customer experience.
The appointment will see the SapientNitro team work closely with Vodafone to identify and drive insights, enabling continuous improvement of the company’s web channel and increase its relevance to consumers.
The win builds upon SapientNitro and Vodafone’s existing relationship. The agency has been working with the brand for eight years in the online and web analytics market.
Last month the agency’s DM division, DAD, just missed out on winning the estimated £50m Everything Everywhere account – which includes both Orange and T-Mobile. It was pipped to the business by Publicis Chemistry in a final pitch which also included AIS London.
