World leading distributor of electronic, electrical and industrial supplier RS Components has appointed Stephens Francis Whitson to develop its customer marketing strategy.
Owned by FTSE 250 company Electrocomponents, RS markets products from many of the world’s leading electronics brands such as Panasonic and Texas Instruments. It has over 1.6 million customers and offers 450,000 products.
SFW will work with the data and insight team to develop RS’s customer database segmentation and campaign strategies, as well as reinvigorate the creative approach.
