TMW rejigs senior management

TMW has reshuffled its senior management team following last year’s departure of co-founder and chief executive Chris Warren, who left to pursue new ventures.
Fellow co-founder Richard Marshall succeeds Warren as chief executive, while chief client officer Chris Pearce becomes managing director. Current managing director Chris Freeland is now chief operating officer.
Both Freeland and Pearce will continue to sit on the TMW board and report to Marshall. Fellow co-founder Paul Tullo remains the creative partner.
The agency celebrates its 25th anniversary this year and Marshall (pictured in middle with Freeland, left, and Pearce, right) said: “Twenty-five years is a significant milestone for any business. Our continued growth and success is testament to TMW’s ability to adapt to the changing media landscape. We have a fantastic management team that will help to keep us at the forefront of this change in the coming years.”
Last month, the agency rewarded executive creative director Daren Kay for his long-standing service by appointing him director of innovation, heading up a new unit dubbed ‘the influence lab’.
Warren, who left TMW over a year ago, recently took up the role of non-executive director at Indicia.
