Partners Andrews Aldridge new biz chief Matt Lambert has left the agency after just six months to switch to TMW Unlimited, with a brief to push the commercial development of the business.
Lambert only started at the Engine-owned agency in May, having been hired by the then managing partner Paul Vallois. However, Vallois quit in September to join mobile marketing specialist Nimbletank.
Even so, during his six-month stint, Lambert was involved in Partners’ successful wins for key accounts including Ferrari, British Business Bank, and the Department for Communities & Local Government.
Lambert started his career at Totem, the specialist B2B agency within Engine that merged with Partners in 2009. He left in 2011 to join MRM Meteorite as new business manager, before moving across to Lida in April 2013.
Key account wins at Lida during Lambert’s time, included Land Rover, John Lewis, and Comparethemarket.com.
At TMW, he will report to CEO Chris Pearce, who said: “I’m delighted to have someone of Matt’s experience and enthusiasm joining our already vibrant business development team. We are incredibly excited about raising the profile of the TMW Unlimited brand even further and Matt will play a key part in this.”
Lambert added: “It’s easy to see why TMW Unlimited has become a category-leading agency and it’s a pleasure to be joining such a talented and ambitious team. There are exciting times ahead.”
