Six ‘get rick quick’ tips and one that might actually work

Ever get the feeling that you are the only one who is skint? Forget it, I am way more broke than you, but luckily there is help at hand – and, no, I am not talking about all those self-important, virtue signalling people on LinkedIn, either.

In fact, just in time for National Financial Literacy Month, Deborah Graham, star of TLC’s The Psychic Matchmaker (no, I haven’t either) is ready to help us all manifest wealth and success. Not only that, but apparently she is willing to give us all a live reading and predict our financial futures, her PR tells me…

So buckle up, and get ready to be loaded, here are her top six tips:

Raise Your Financial Vibrations. Shed old energy from your “poor self” and open yourself up to connect with your “financial chakra”. Our Debs notes that you will find your financial chakra in the fifth chakra.

Trust in Your Psychic Abilities for Success. Manifest what you want in your career and finances, and you will be amazed that your bank account will start to grow.

Let Go of Your Old Loser Financial Magnet. Many of us can’t stop thinking about when we were strapped for cash, couldn’t pay next month’s rent, and did not know if we had enough money for groceries. Break free of your old financial trauma and work hard to visualise brand-new patterns of wealth and prosperity.

Look into Your Financial Future. Align yourself with positive thinkers and financially successful people. Their financial energy is bound to rub off on you.

Avoid Mercury in Retrograde. This is when Mercury appears to move backwards, and the Earth passes a slower-moving planet in its orbit around the sun. It’s like fish swimming upstream. When Mercury is retrograded, pause and wait for the energy to clear before diving back into your financial goals.

Add a Money Tree to Your Home or Workspace. Many cultures believe a Money Tree, typically the Pachira Aquatica plant, brings good luck and financial prosperity. Placing the money tree in specific areas of your home/workspace, like the wealth corner, can attract positive financial energy.

Are you feeling wealthier already? Lucky you…Apart from buying a Money Tree, I have no idea what Debs is talking about.

Luckily the Grand National is looming large, so here’s my tip for getting wealthy: whack a few quid on I Am Maximus each way at 13/2. Surely a horse named after that Russell Crowe sexy beast and trained by Willie Mullins won’t let us down will he?

Follow Foxy on and Instagram if you must, but don’t get too excited as I’m never there
