Amaze lands global digital brief for Emirates Airline

EmiratesEmirates Airline has appointed St Ives-owned digital agency Amaze to boost its customer service across the firm’s global digital platforms, as part of its broader omni-channel strategy.
The agency, which picked up the business following a pitch, will initially work with Emirates, delivering digital consultancy and implementation services across its web platform.
The remit will also cover dnata.com. dnata, part of The Emirates Group, is one of the largest combined air services providers in the world. It is the largest airline in the Middle East, operating over 3,300 flights per week from its hub at Dubai International Airport.
Emirates.com vice president of dgital experience David Galovic said : “We selected Amaze as a digital technology partner due to its expertise in the areas of large-scale CMS platform rollouts and digital governance. I look forward to working with Amaze as we continue to enhance our digital capability and customer experience.”
Amaze chief commercial officer Wendy Stonefield added: “We are delighted to be working with Emirates, and this appointment leverages our extensive experience of working with leading corporations on a global basis, helping to maximise omni-channel customer experience.
“This relationship marks the first of its scale for Amaze in the Middle East and the partnership will see us starting to grow an on the ground presence to service Emirates, as part of our wider international expansion plans.”
