Media agency Arena has taken on a new managing partner, with the appointment of MEC UK business director Beatrice Boue to the role.
Working alongside chief executive Pedro Avery, managing director Henry Daglish, and chief strategy officer Bobby Hui, Boue will oversee the running of the agency, working across its portfolio of clients which includes Blinkbox, David Lloyds and Eurostar.
Boue (pictured) has 14 years’ experience in the media industry, with a background in beauty and pharmaceuticals, entertainment, and FMCG. She has worked with a wide range of brands, including Reckitt Benckiser, Danone, Nivea, Chanel, Sony, and Philips, and on a number of award-winning campaigns.
Boue joins Arena from MEC UK, where she was part of the communications planning team for seven years, working with Activia, Evian, Freeview, and Skechers.
Having graduated with a post graduate degree in marketing communications, Boue began her career at OMD UK in 2000, before moving to Carat International as a strategist on Philips in 2004.
Henry Daglish, managing director at Arena, said: “Beatrice is a great addition to our leadership team here at Arena. She brings with her a wealth of experience that will add significant value when it comes to managing our brand portfolio, building new relationships, exploring fresh territory, and getting the very best from our people.”
