CACI buys digital agency Stream:20 to boost offer

Greg-Bradford caciMarketing and consultancy services group CACI has acquired UK specialist digital agency Stream:20 for an undisclosed sum.
Founded in 2005 by former OgilvyOne account director Serge Milbank and Intercontinental Hotels online performance marketing manager Matt Barker, Stream:20 is based in London but has additional offices in San Francisco and Amsterdam.
The agency provides digital marketing and digital transformation consultancy services to a range of leading organisations including News UK, Sky, Microsoft, Sony, Which, the Post Office and Experian.
Stream:20 will become part of CACI’s Integrated Marketing Group which helps clients to create an integrated customer experience through a range of services including consumer data, marketing technology and database implementation, campaigning services, analytics, and website design and build.
CACI chief executive Greg Bradford (pictured) said: “The acquisition will enhance CACI’s digital consultancy capability and strengthen our skills in designing integrated customer experiences for our clients. In particular, Stream:20 will strengthen our offering in one of our key areas of strategic focus – acquisition- based customer marketing.
“We also plan to use Stream:20’s international presence to help serve our clients in North America and mainland Europe more effectively.”
Milbank and Barker issued a joint statement which reads: “CACI is one of the UK’s leading providers of marketing services who we have admired for some time. We see opportunities to incorporate CACI’s data, analytics and technology capability to our existing capabilities to drive value for our growing client base.
“We feel the relationship will be a great fit culturally for us and look forward to continuing to build our business model as part of a company as respected as CACI.”
