The former boss of St Ives digital agency Amaze, Natalie Gross, and chief strategy officer Rick Curtis are joining Th_nk as part of a major expansion strategy
The digital transformation agency, set up in 2001, is on a recruitment drive to boost its near 100-strong workforce. It works with clients including Vue, Butlins, Warner Bros, New Look and Atom Bank.
The duo (pictured far left), who worked together for 13 years at Amaze, join the senior management team; Gross – who quit Amaze in October after 16 years – becomes managing partner and Curtis a partner.
Th_nk chief executive Tarek Nseir moves over to founding partner, while Anita Rajdev continues as chief operating officer.
In a joint statement, Gross and Curtis said: “In recent years we have had a strong desire to explore alternative models of how to develop a digital services company.
“We work in a world where digital is disrupting the business models that have governed industries for decades. And yet in our own industry we are seeing very little innovation in financial models and organisational design.
“We are both at a point in our careers where we want to focus on developing something new. At the same time, we got to know Tarek well and to understand where he wanted to take his business.”
