Good Agency has made a second raid on The & Partnership to appoint a new client services director, with Nilesha Chauvet joining former colleague and creative chief Barney Cockerell at the agency on the back of a raft of new business.
With over 21 years’ experience, most recently as European business director at Johnny Hornby’s agency, Chauvet has led accounts for global brands including Unilever, Hyundai, Kia, Avon, and Bayer.
Most recently she led Toyota Europe, where her team was responsible for its recent Start Your Impossible campaign “Drop by Drop” and the “Move Ahead” activity for the Corolla Hybrid.
Prior to The & Partnership, Chauvet spent five years in Frankfurt at Innocean in various leadership positions, most notably as the European business and marketing director. Before that, Chauvet was a global account director at JWT.
At Good, she will be responsible for leading the client services department, focusing on client growth development and strengthening relationships. Over the past 12 months, Good has won pitches for Sense, the Royal Horticultural Society, Crisis, Escada and Direct Line.
Chauvet’s appointment follows the promotion of deputy MD Hanisha Kotecha to managing director. Kotecha joined Good in 2015 after spells at Lida, TBWA, Billington Cartmell and Partners Andrews Aldridge.
Kotecha said: “We take hiring very seriously at because our values of being Good, Together and Brave are everything. Not only did Nilesha win us over with her sharp business acumen, but her collaborative attitude and enthusiasm for what we are trying to do are exactly the qualities we were hoping to find in the newest addition to our senior management team. I’m very excited to be working with her.”
Chauvet added: “Now, more than ever before, businesses are being held accountable by consumers to actively demonstrate their authentic purpose. There’s never been a better time to do good and to walk the talk. I feel proud and privileged to be joining Good’s management team, leading client services through an era of transformation.”
Cockerell joined from The & Partnership (then CHI & Partners) in 2017.
