Volvic has appointed HeyHuman to handle a major brand activation and shopper marketing campaign which will launch next spring.
The agency, previously called Billington Cartmel, has been briefed by the Danone Waters brand to develop a core sales-driving promotion alongside a broader brand campaign aimed at bringing the forthcoming brand positioning to life.
The brand campaign will be activated via experiential, social, in-store and an array of supporting media channels, as well as further reinventing and strengthening Volvic’s involvement in the UK edition of Tough Mudder, the outdoor endurance sport competition.
HeyHuman managing director Alex Young said: “We are extremely proud and really thrilled to be appointed the agency of choice for Volvic. This partnership is the beginning of a really exciting journey for the brand and we are keen to make the Volvic brand promise resonate to an even greater degree with consumers, through some really strong work.”
The appointment strenthens HeyHuman’s existing relationship with Danone; its other clients include Sony Mobile, Unilever, Diageo, Mars, Morrisons, Suntory, and Superdrug.
The group changed its name from Billington Cartmell in March, as part of non-executive chairman Rupert Howell’s strategy to move it away from its sales promotion roots. It recently hired adland new business specialist Helen Weisinger to work for both HeyHuman and sister agency Brave.
