Sharp Co-Lab, the digital offshoot of The Sharp Agency set up in June and headed up by former Amaze chief Eli Pinto, has landed its first major client after being appointed by HomeServe following a competitive pitch.
The agency has been briefed to lead the company’s digital transformation, to help improve customers’ digital experience.
The activity will kick off with re-defining the brand’s digital strategy and developing a three-year transformation “roadmap”, including the development of a number of initiatives including mobile apps, user experience improvements, platform innovation and integrated social media.

Set up in 2009, The Sharp Agency’s management team includes Tom Wass, who launched Tequila in 1992 and grew it to 44 offices across 32 countries.
