Kin + Carta nets £4m Planning Inspectorate project

building-1895879_1920Digital specialist Kin + Carta has won a two-year contract worth up to £4m from the Government to support the transformation of the Planning Inspectorate, an executive agency of the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities.

Supported by subcontractor and digital technology consultancy Fimatix, the contract is designed to help the Planning Inspectorate’s modernise its services, including appeals, applications and examinations management.

Kin + Carta, which specialises in digital transformation and delivery and Fimatix, which has worked extensively on Government Digital Service transformation will work as one team on a range of different projects.

Kin + Carta public sector director Sam Ineson said: “This initiative from the Planning Inspectorate has been designed to make the UK work better for all, which totally chimes with Kin + Carta’s mission to ‘help build a world that works better for everyone’.
