Partners Andrews Aldridge has hired a third managing partner for the business, with the appointment of former OgilvyOne and AIS London client services chief Polly Jones.
Jones will sit alongside counterparts Mark Davison and Paul Vallois, and join the management team, headed by chief executive Martin Nieri.
Vallois joined from CMW last year, where he had worked for Nieri, who was managing director at the time; Davidson has been at the agency more than six years.
Jones joins from OgilvyOne, where she was also a managing partner, running the Department of Health account.
She started her management career at Wunderman in 2001 as business director, switching to Rapier five years later to take up the same role.
In October 2007, Jones joined AIS London as client services director, leaving to take up the role at OgilvyOne three years ago.
Reporting to the chief executive Martin Nieri, Jones will oversee the BMW, Hibu and Investec accounts, and also work in business development.
Nieri said: “Polly is a great fit with PAA. She has a really good agency heritage and brings with her creative thinking and rigour from agencies that we have always respected.”
Nieri joined the agency nearly two years ago, effectively replacing co-founder Phil Andrews, who initially became chief operating officer of parent company Engine but has since left the business.
