TM Lewin, the upmarket shirtmaker and tailor, is overhauling its email marketing strategy in an effort to drive engagement and improve the customer experience.
The company, founded in 1898 on Jermyn Street, London, is aiming to bring a touch of the craftsmanship it displays in its clothing to its email activity by appointing Kickdynamic to run its customer programme.
Kickdynamic uses “open time” technology to email content in real-time, and already works for retail and fashion brands including Ted Baker, Asos, New Look and Staples.
It is claimed that the partnership will enable TM Lewin to communicate with each of its customers in a highly personalised, relevant way, while also reducing build time for content in emails.
TM Lewin head of CRM Richard Jones said: “We’ve been expertly tailoring our customers for over 120 years so it’s only right we tailor their communications in the same manner. That’s why we chose to partner with Kickdynamic with their excellent track record for delivering personalised, relevant campaigns which have genuine impact. We’re excited to see their platform in action.”
As well as running its online shop, TM Lewin has 72 stores in the UK and Ireland, and has outlets in Australia, Africa and Asia. Its media account is handled by MC&C.
