TNT Post UK is launching a ‘short and simple’ postal response scheme which it claims will enable brand owners to boost response rates and improve accountability of their mailing campaigns.
The Easy Response Card (ERC) is a postcard which features the recipient’s name on a peel-off address label. Once removed by the consumer, it reveals the return address and pre-printed stamp ready to be posted back to the company.
TNT Post claims the ERC is the perfect embodiment of the marketing motto – short and simple, adding “the card is easily returned by the customer, making the entire procedure effortless for them but invaluable for market intelligence and ROI”.
The company believes the practicality and ease of the ERC can also be applied within the utilities sector for meter readings, and for surveys or feedback, as well address validation.
