The Unlimited Group, the company behind company behind TMW, Prophecy, Nelson Bostock and 18 Feet & Rising, is continuing to consolidate its agencies by merging four insight businesses under the Walnut Unlimited brand.
The move is part of the group’s strategy to simplify its offer and follows the merger its two Bristol-based direct marketing agencies, The Real Adventure and EMO, to form Prophecy Unlimited.
ICM Unlimited, ICM Direct, Marketing Sciences Unlimited and Walnut Unlimited will form a single offer under the Walnut Unlimited brand, led by insight managing director Jane Rudling (pictured).
ICM Unlimited’s public sector and social research team, which incorporates its public polling offer, will retain the ICM Unlimited brand. All other brands will disappear.
The agency will operate under the proposition of “human understanding” and will offer neuroscience, behavioural psychology and behavioural economics across sector including retail and customer engagement, technology, financial, FMCG, brand and communications.
Walnut Unlimited will continue to work closely with the other agencies in the group in an effort to put insight at the heart of every agency.
Unlimited Group president Tim Bonnet said: “The Unlimited Group is further cementing its place as the home of experts in the impact of art and science, and continuing to make it easier for clients to access its market leading disciplines.
“The creation of Walnut Unlimited is another key milestone in this process. By bringing together four insight agencies and uniting them around human understanding, we are better able to offer our clients certainty in an increasingly uncertain world.”
