VCCP Me, the Chime-owned direct and data marketing agency, has appointed Fuel’s lead consultant, Paul Moss, to the new position of head of data and analytics.
Moss has been at Fuel for over six years, working on clients including Domino’s Lexus, Toyota and Hammerson, and has over 25 years’ experience in the sector.
Last month, Engine hired former Callcredit marketing services boss Will Lowe as chief executive of Fuel, with former CEO Charles Ping handed the position of chairman.
Prior to Fuel, Moss worked at Archibald Ingall Stretton and has also held roles at Rapier, RMG Connect and Rapp, having started his career at American Express in 1992.
At VCCPme, he will head up the agency’s data offering for clients including Comparethemarket, Club Wembley, Kia, the Children’s Society and Channel 4, as well as the British Heart Foundation legacy fundraising activity which the agency scooped last month.
Launched as Stephens Francis Whitson in January 2005, the agency rebranded in 2012, with founders and management team Ben Stephens, Neil Francis and Chris Whitson eventually leaving the agency.
It is now headed up by chief executive Sophie Maunder and managing director Louise Morgan.
Maunder said: “We’re absolutely delighted to welcome Paul to our team. As the data landscape becomes increasingly complex, navigating it has never been more integral to our business, or our clients business’. Paul’s appointment cements both the investment we are making in this area and our position as a leading customer relationship agency with data at its heart.”
