Center Parcs hires Neverland agency for ‘dream brief’

Short-break holiday operator Center Parcs has strengthened its relationship with Neverland by appointing the agency’s earned media and creator specialist Pink Neon to handle its digital marketing business.

The UK and Ireland’s leading short-break provider welcomes over 2.4 million guests each year across its six villages based in the UK and Ireland, with a seventh village in the Scottish borders, now in development.

It appointed Neverland as its lead creative and brand strategy agency in May 2025 following a competitive pitch process.

In 2025 the agency launched Center Parcs’ new creative platform “For the Center of your world”.  The inspiration was born out of guest comments and insight – the feeling of time away from everyday life and being in a bubble with your family.

The 60” film, Bubbles has been running on TV, in cinemas and on TikTok across the UK and Ireland.

Now Neverland and Pink Neon, founded in November 2025 by Chris Stevenson, in partnership with Neverland co-founders Simon Massey and Jon Forsyth, will work closely together to deliver fully integrated marketing services to Center Parcs.

Pink Neon start with immediate effect working closely in partnership with the Center Parcs in-house team led by Center Parcs head of corporate communications and PR, Simon Kay.

Center Parcs chief marketing officer Sara Holt said: “Center Parcs is an incredible business with deep guest loyalty, unrivalled occupancy and an amazing story to tell. It needs a special partner. The Pink Neon team showed a passion and deep understanding of our business and working closely with our creative agency Neverland they’re going to deliver culturally connected earned media campaigns and a creator strategy that will be a game changer for our business.”

Pink Neon chief creative officer Chris Stevenson added: “As a Center Parcs lifer, this is the dream brief. The passion and pride Sara and the team have for the business is infectious and inspiring. Pink Neon and Neverland together deliver the dream. Totally, integrated campaigns, bold, culturally resonant creativity and a deep understanding of this amazing business. This is a brief like no other.”
