Former Experian head of product marketing Andy Taylor has joined outsource telemarketing company B2B Contact Marketing as commercial director.
Formed in 2009, by telemarketing specialist Stella Jones, B2B CM provides UK-based, outsource telemarketing services, including appointment setting, lead generation, and customer satisfaction surveys.
The company, based in Ewloe on Deeside, specialises in B2B telemarketing for the insurance, IT and trade and professional associations sectors.
Taylor’s role includes responsibility for driving the acquisition of new clients and providing focus for the marketing activity.
He started his direct marketing career at Dun & Bradstreet in 1994, and has worked at Experian (twice), Ebiquita, Ai and Infogroup UK. His most recent role was general manager of Definitive IQ at Panovus Group.
