Positive Digital lands Coty brief

Coty Prestige UK, the fragrance and global beauty company, has strengthened its relationship with digital marketing agency Positive Digital by appointing the agency to its email marketing account, following a competitive pitch.
The agency will now develop an email programme for the firm’s range of luxury brands, which include Calvin Klein, Marc Jacobs, Chloe, and Vera Wang. This will involve email template design and build, copy creation and developing ongoing creative for each brand.
The goal is for email content and creative to support the new brand launches in stores across the UK. The campaigns will also include a seasonal element, with promotional activity conducted around key dates, including Christmas, Father’s Day, and Valentine’s Day.
Coty Prestige UK digital marketing manager Hollie Smit said: “Engaging with our customers in a way that is creative, effective and strategically executed is vitally important to help us achieve our overall objectives for 2011. We needed a strategy that takes into consideration all the different audiences our brands are targeting and focused on reaching them with relevant, engaging content.”
