Dream Games, the mobile gaming firm behind the best-selling Royal Match video game, has handed its multimillion pound UK media account to Spark Foundry.
Founded in 2019, the company has already seen Royal Match become a top 4 grossing game in both the US and UK.
Now the firm aims to build its presence in international markets; the account will be led out of the UK to continue to target both UK and US audiences, too.
Spark Foundry, part of Publicis Media, will look after all offline media, including TV, radio, OOH and sponsorship – resulting in £5m in billings.
The agency has been brought on board to help grow the brand’s audience reach and drive new players, starting with launching Dream Games’ first ever UK TV campaign this month.
Dream Games chief marketing officer Richard Hocking said: “As a company we have ambitious growth plans and so it’s important we continue to support this growth by exploring new and innovative approaches to reach new players.
“We partnered with Spark Foundry as we were impressed with their expertise and track record of delivering growth across their client base and finding solutions to cut through commoditised categories.”
Spark Foundry UK chief executive Pete Edwards added: “Discussions around gaming only continue to grow, increasing by 13% in the last quarter alone. There’s so much potential in the space, we will be looking to harness this great opportunity to capture audiences across multiple platforms.”
