Havas Helia chief marketing officer Tracey Barber – described by one her bosses as “a redoubtable force” – has been promoted to head up Havas Worldwide Creative Group new business, 12 months after returning from a three-year stint at Kitcatt Nohr.
Under her expanded remit, Barber will spearhead marketing and new biz for Havas Worldwide and Havas Work Club, as well as Havas Helia.
Barber started her career at Lowe Howard-Spink in the late Eighties, then had spells at Cogent and then client-side at Lloyds before joining Havas Helia – the agency which has made more name changes than you could throw a stick at, but then known as EHS 4D Group – as group marketing director.
In 2011, she switched to Kitcatt Nohr, staying until last year when she was lured back into the Havas fold.
Havas Worldwide managing partner Daniel Floyed said: “Havas as a group is growing with great work and great clients. What we want to do is take this further by working together.
“Tracey is a redoubtable force in the market and I’m looking forward to seeing her applying her exceptional talent across the group.”
