jam yesterday, deep focus todayEngine Group, home to Partners Andrews Aldridge and Fuel, has rebranded its content division Jam as Deep Focus London, five years after buying the US business.
The agency now has offices in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Hong Kong and Shanghai and the move is designed to create what it calls “the most comprehensive digital and social media marketing agencies across the UK, US and China”.
Jam managing director Richard Costa-D’sa takes on the role of chief executive of Deep Focus London and now sits in the global leadership team. Meanwhile other members of the senior team, including ECD Sean Chambers, head of operations Ed Turner, and head of planning Iain Matthews remain in equivalent roles. Deputy managing director Alice Driscoll moves up to MD.
Former Precision Marketing and Campaign journalist Sara Kimberley joined the agency in March as content editor.
Engine chief executive Debbie Klein said: “This is the first step in meeting global brands’ needs around the clock.”
