Krow Group is embracing the power of three by appoining a trio of group executive creative directors as part of a strategy to strengthen its integrated offering across its four locations in London, Norwich, Leicester, and Belfast.
Ashika Chauhan, Paul Wallett and Darryl George have been promoted into the positions and each has a diverse skillset and brings with them a wealth of creative talent along with an extensive understanding of the agency.
Before the agencies integrated, Chauhan previously held the role of social and digital lead and joint ECD at Krow Central alongside Wallett, while George moved to the new group role from his ECD position at Krow London. The agency insists the promotions show recognition of the existing talent within the business.
The new team will be leading a multi-disciplined creative department of 50 employees, as well as looking to widen the teams as the group continues on its growth trajectory. The trio will also focus on creating powerful work across all channels to impact consumer behaviour.
Krown group chief executive John Quarrey said: “Ashika, Paul and Darryl create the perfect ECD trio for Krow Group. They have worked incredibly hard and understand the core ethos of the agency.
“We’re committed to driving creative standards across our whole business and I think these promotions show that. I’m looking forward to seeing the results the trio achieve for our clients.”
