Everything Everywhere, the company which owns T-Mobile and Orange in the UK, has appointed Communisis to handle the running of its customer communications business.
Under the deal, Communisis will source, manage and fulfil all marketing services for the combined business, and the contract represents a major extension of its existing relationship with T-Mobile UK. Starting this month, the contract will run for three years and is expected to generate annualised revenue for Communisis of up to £10m.
Communisis will provide campaign management services from onsite teams and, by deploying its IQ and point of sale (PoS) technologies will be responsible for the efficient sourcing, accurate production and effective delivery of a complex range of direct and indirect marketing materials. These will include PoS, direct mail, publications and outdoor media that will be used right across the Everything Everywhere store network and direct to consumers.
Communisis chief executive Andy Blundell said: “This is a key win for us and we are delighted to be expanding our relationship with such an important company in the UK telecoms sector. Everything Everywhere is an ambitious business with a keen understanding of what great marketing can achieve when it is supported by rigorous process and cutting-edge technology.
“We look forward to combining both our marketing sourcing expertise and our unique, internally developed technologies in helping Everything Everywhere to flex the unique brand identities of T-Mobile and Orange while relying on us to provide absolute value from a common platform.”
Owned jointly by Deutsche Telekom and France Telecom, Everything Everywhere is the UK’s biggest communications company, with a combined customer base of over 27 million people and more than 720 retail stores across the country.
