Two St Ives agencies are following Occam and Amaze’s lead by revealing plans to work together to offer a more extensive range of services for clients.
Pragma Consulting and Fripp Sandeman & Partners (FSP), the group’s retail and consumer consultancies will integrate components of working practices, operations, product offer and service propositions, but stop short of mirroring Occam and Amaze’s joint venture Amaze One, launched earlier this year.
FSP, the retail property specialist, was acquired by St Ives in August. It operates as a subsidiary of St Ives but will work closely with Pragma, which focuses on retail and consumer markets as well as airports and commercial spaces.
FSP’s skills will offer Pragma an opportunity to enhance the service proposition for its airports, travel and commercial spaces division.
It insight into the retail property industry will also provide additional value and services for clients of Pragma’s strategy and investor services divisions, in areas ranging from location planning to investment feasibility studies. Pragma’s international experience will support FSP’s continued expansion into Europe and beyond.
FSP managing director Jo Hewson (pictured) said: “From our perspective, Pragma provides an opportunity to strengthen our existing proposition across retail and consumer markets, as well as the opportunity to further develop and grow into new markets and geographies, such as Europe and the Middle East.”
